COMPANY MANAGEMENT

  • The Company Management Module is use to capture the general company information. Business Units, Branch Codes and Department Codes are also determined and linked to employees.

JOB MANAGEMENT

  • The Job Management module is use to define the job titles, creating positions and linking positions to employees. The position will determine the criteria for appointing an employee to the position. The position criteria includes the qualification, experience, skills and training interventions that an employee must met to be successful in this position. The org structure is also determined on the position by linking the employee to the position he reports to. Various reports are available to monitor the module.

EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT

  • The Employee Management module is use to capture employee fixed information. Transaction Information, Photos, Documents, Reminders and Employment History. Various reports are available to assist managers in managing their employees.

ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT

  • The Administration Management Module is use to determine the users accessibility and security rights.

EQUITY MANAGEMENT

  • The Employment Equity Management Module is use to manage the Workforce Profile (EEA2) and the Income Differential (EEA4) by sorting the information according to Job Grades and the positions Job Function(Core or Support).The organisations equity plans are generated and monitored by comparing goals with the actual workforce profile. Designated employees can be identified and managed.

SKILLS MANAGEMENT

  • The Skills Management Module is use to define the Seta, Skills Development Facilitator, Strategic and Skills Priorities and OFO codes.
